Competitive Analysis
Comparing Ten Websites
Before diving into the task of redesigning a company's website, it was essential for me to research other companies in a similar market to understand how they market themselves. During the benchmarking process, I compared CivilianCyber's homepage with ten other websites offering job training services for candidates, employers, and professionals seeking job training.

Design Proposal
Proposing Navs and Home Pages
After concluding the audit and analysis, I began to develop my design proposal. Despite the Chief Digital Officer having proposed their version of layouts and sitemaps, I also developed my own low-fidelity wireframes and sitemaps to provide alternative suggestions. After presenting multiple suggestions, my proposals were preferred and approved.

1st Redesign
Redesigning the original website on GoDaddy
As GoDaddy served as the website's initial hosting platform, the company's first redesign took place there for convenience. Throughout the redesign process, I documented various layouts to facilitate discussions with the company and gather their preferences. After going through several drafts, the website was published and received positive feedback.
2nd Redesign
Redesigning on WordPress
A year later, the company aimed to incorporate more content and elevate its visuals. However, due to GoDaddy's design constraints, the decision was made to transition the website to WordPress for its flexibility. Despite my lack of experience with WordPress, this transition was a valuable learning experience and enabled me to apply my basic coding knowledge.
